Omanis are playing a major role in our company's success. In line with our policy to develop and promote nationals human resources, seven hundred dedicated Omanis are now serving the company with excellent results. Many of them have made a career within the company through well structured training programs offered by the Socat Management. We are working with various training institutes to offer training opportunities to the young Omanis. Currently 20 Omanis are undergoing training with Khimji Ramdas Training Institute (see picture.). Socat is also proud to have association with OPAL (Oman Society for Petroleum Services).
